Frequently asked

Do you charge a fee on my payments?

Not directly. Payments run through Stripe or Mercado Pago using your own connected account; money lands in your bank. Luvo takes a small platform fee (0.5% to 1%) on each transaction, already baked into the plan price.

Can I migrate from Mindbody or another system?

Yes, on any plan. Every tier includes the CSV importer that brings over members, payments, and attendance from Mindbody, Fitco, Excel, or whatever you use today. We walk you through the first time, usually in under an hour.

Does it work if my studio is outside Mexico?

Full support for Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and the United States. Studios in Mexico are billed in pesos (MXN); studios outside Mexico in USD. For anywhere else, email us and we can usually make it work.

Can I talk to someone before deciding?

Yes. Human support in Spanish and English: under 24 business hours on Starter, under 4 business hours on Professional and Premium. Email soporte@luvo.fit and we'll get back to you.
