Data deletion

To delete your account and the personal data Luvo retains, write to privacidad@luvo.fit from the email on your account. We respond within 20 business days under Mexico's LFPDPPP.

What we delete

• Your account data (email, phone, name).
• WhatsApp Business connection: access token, conversations, message history.
• The studio you administer and its member data.
• Stripe, Mercado Pago, and Conekta connections.

Exceptions

We retain accounting and tax records for the periods required by Mexican law, with no personally identifiable data beyond what is strictly necessary.

I'm a member of a studio

The studio you're enrolled in is the data controller for your information. Request deletion directly from the studio. If you do not get a response, write to privacidad@luvo.fit and we will follow up.
